Harbor Health Services, Inc. and South Cove Community Health Center have been singled out for their outstanding rates of early entry into prenatal care by the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP). The two centers were included in a NASHP fact sheet that looked at high-performing UDS data for 10 FQHCs in Massachusetts, Washington, California and Illinois in an effort to identify common state- and FQHC-level policies and practices that can support high rates of early entry using a patient-centered medical home model (PCMH).
