Community Health 360
About the event:
The annual event offers community health centers the opportunity to educate policymakers about the accessible, high-quality, cost-effective care they provide to more than 850,000 Massachusetts residents. This year’s theme, Community Health 360, will focus on the comprehensive and patient-centered approach health centers take in promoting patient health and well-being. Special emphasis will be placed on their efforts to go beyond the provision of traditional medical care in addressing the behavioral health, dental and wide-ranging social service needs of their patients.
Exhibits - Please register all staff that will be exhibiting. Tables will be organized by themes and will feature broad health center initiatives, including:
- Patient Centered Medical Homes
- Substance Abuse / Behavioral Health
- Elder Service Plans / Senior Care Organizations
- Health Technology
- Community Governance
- Partnership for Community Health
- ACA Outreach & Enrollment Efforts
The speaking program will take place in front of the Grand Staircase between 12noon and 1pm. More information will be available to all who register as the date approaches.
