ACA Outreach Award
The 2014 Community Service Award was presented during the League's Annual Awards Gala to a team of individuals who represent the heart,
soul and grit of the community health center movement: The more than 450 outreach and enrollment workers who do the hard work of linking
residents to the primary care and social services they need to ensure their health and well-being. Please view this recent video honoring
